CONNECT GROUPS

WHAT IS A CONNECT GROUP?

Connect Groups are places where people can:

  • build lasting friendships and grow spiritually together
  • pray for and support one other
  • discover and challenge each other to grow in God’s word and apply it to everyday life
  • share, laugh, cry, and serve together, because life’s better doing it together!


HOW DO THEY OPERATE?

Connect Groups meet regularly in homes spread across Bayside. People are encouraged to attend a group near their own home. Typically, groups are no larger that 10 people. Groups meet either weekly or fortnightly. The Senior Pastor appoints a Leader who oversees the running of each group.

Connect Groups are an important place of love, support, encouragement and growth in the spiritual life of our church.
